Nada again. I was too tired. Baby is cutting teeth and was a little restless last night so I needed the sleeping in until 6 today.

I'm done logging what I eat and drink. It's too much to keep up with.

It appears this week I've just maintained. Ah well. Back on the exercise routine next week!

Awww... I enjoyed reading your intake lists! I pictured you crunching on nuts :) But I understand, I'm trying to record it all too, but it's surprisingly time consuming, especially when you do it online.
