For those of you who have been with my blog that long, Mark and I both messed it up this morning, but he remembered after saying, "Yeah snooze just once" hahaha. Happy October!
OH man!I thought that was the cutest thing ever, when you recalled the memory of your school teacher, I even told my hubby about it, and shoot, I forgot about it...just like you guys. It is a hard tradition to remember!BTW, the cauliflower gratin looks soooo yummy, but with both of us being on ww I don't think it's a good idea since the kids only eat so much...maybe once I reach my goal weight... :)
cute story :) cauliflower looks aaamaaazing!!!! happy october :)
I'll remind everyone on Halloween this year so we can all try to remember for the next morning. You could completely modify the cauliflower recipe. It's only about 8 ounces of cheese. You could use reduced fat which is only like 90 calories per serving and you could use skim milk (I did) which would be about 130 calories for the total of that. Leave the panko out. The entire dish would come out to around 1000 calories so if you got 6 servings out of it, that would be 166 calories or so a piece. That's not bad at all!
