Your favorite quick/simple dinner?

I'm not sure if it's my favorite, but last night we had veggie burgers (the morningstar farms grillers), tator tots (the onion ones), a simple salad and some bush's baked beans. Dinner took no time to make, just the 18 minutes to wait for those tots to bake. What's your go-to or preferred quick and easy dinner?

My quick and easy dinner is Steamfresh peas and a veggie burger crumbled mixed with hoisin or terriyaki sauce.

That dinner sounds delicious. And I know you enjoyed those tots! I believe I still owe you tots, right?

My quick and easy dinner is tuna pasta. But to be honest with you, none of our dinners take more than 20 minutes to prepare.

Hmmm yes we did speak of tots a few weeks ago didn't we?

I need details! Tuna pasta as in tuna helper kind with a cheesy sauce?

Ah yes well when you have 2 people prepping and cooking, the wait is DEFINITELY cut in half! He's lucky to have you helping. It also probably doesn't hurt that he cooks for a living...

Meg - Sounds like a fast asian type stir-fry...Sometimes I do that with tofu and frozen veggies.

All of my meals are pretty much "go-to" at this point, but one of my faves is baby spinach, dranined canned tuna, drained white beans (great northern is my preference) & a simple red wine/olive oil vinegrette topped with some parm cheese.

You know... tuna pasta. With mayo, pickles, black olives, some onions, tuna, a teeny bit of mustard, and rotini!

Polish & potatoes!
Kielbasa or turkey sausage (the big ol' footlong kind that comes in a loop), sliced into medallions, with potatoes, also sliced into medallions (preferably red potatoes), with diced onions. Put all that with a dash of olive oil in a HUGE pan, and toss around on medium-high until the potatoes are done.
A side of frozen, bagged veggies steamed in the microwave (we like the California blend), with a pitcher of tea, and dinner is done!

Interesting, that sounds much like tuna salad with pasta in it. I'm seeing a tuna and veggie burger pattern here so far...

The polish and potatoes sounds like wonderful comfort food. Now I'm craving some delectable potatoes. Yummm!
