Mission baby fat loss - day 12

DAY 12
Weight this morning:
153 (after workout and 1 glass of water)

20 minute turbo jam workout

1 bowl of cereal with skim milk

12 ounce Coke

1 small apple
Rotisserie chicken and roasted potatoes
1 dove chocolate
handful of trail mix
italian beef sandwich (small)
1 glass white wine

Wow did I want to stay in bed this morning. I even sat downstairs on the floor for a good 2-3 minutes once I'd changed, contemplating whether to just slump over and nap right there or put my sneakers on. I feel good about following through. I don't know how much of a chance I'll have to workout next week so I'm glad I ended this week right.

That's great Jeni! I'm just being lazy... I should put n my running shoes and go for a run... but insteasd I'm taking Luna out for ice cream... Have a good weekend!!
