Mission baby fat loss - day 24

DAY 24
Weight this morning:

45 minute turbo jam workout

1 frittata square (approx 1 egg and 1 cup cooked spinach and mushrooms)
1 cup skim milk

diet Dr. Pepper
handful of peanuts
8 baby carrots and 2 tb hummus
Garden salad with 4 ounces ground turkey
cherry coke zero
1 string cheese
1.5 cups mashed cauliflower
4 oz grilled chicken breast
1 cup steamed green beans
1 SF chocolate pudding with 1 tb peanut butter


Hubby and I are doing well with South Beach! I'm getting a little bored with all the veggies (with what I can prepare with little time), but tonight I'm going to do grilled chicken breasts and mashed cauliflower.
