DAY EIGHT
Weight this morning:
153.5 (after workout and 2 glasses of water)
Exercise:
20 minute turbo jam
Ate/drank:
1 small bowl of oatmeal with 1/4 cup of raisins
12 ounce Coke
1 apple
1 mean cuisine swedish meatballs
1 package of Lance nekot cookies with peanut butter
1 romaine salad with pickled onions, parmesan and hazelnuts
Parpadelle with duck ragu

I managed to get back on track this morning.
Yikes:
It appears I'm back where I started a week ago. I had a heavy starch weekend though and I think I'm just holding the carbs as weight temporarily. I hope to see that scale return to where it was a few days ago by tomorrow or Wednesday. I think I overdid it on indulgence this weekend. We had a dinner party and I seriously overate with the antipasto and the entree. Oh and then there was dessert later...OOPS! I meant to take photos of the food, but I was too busy entertaining :)

Do you drink cokes instead of coffee? Just curious :)
I absolutely do. I used to drink coffee, but gave it up around the time I quit smoking. I put so much flavored creamer in it, that a coke is actually less calories. Oh and there's no bad aftertaste/breath ;)
Coffee is my weakness...I don't think I could give it, since I stopped nursing (I did give it up when I was prego and nursing) I've been drinking coffee like there's no tomorrow lol.
