I had all the best intentions but decided more sleep was needed. Tomorrow I will do the 45 minute workout!
Ate/drank:
1 frittata square (approx 1 egg and 1 cup cooked spinach, mushrooms, ham)
1 cup skim milk
1 Cherry Coke Zero
handful of peanuts
1 piece string cheese
1 garden salad with 4 oz. chicken breast
4 baby carrots with 1 tb hummus
4 oz pork barbeque
1 cup collard greens
1/4 cup peanuts
1 SF fudgsicle
