Weight this morning:
Maybe I'll get some in tonight but I doubt it.
1 frittata square (approx 1 egg and 1 cup cooked spinach)
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
3 baby carrots
garden salad with 1/2 chicken breast
diet Dr. Pepper
naked veggie burger with a whole sliced roma tomato and 1/4 cup guacamole
rainbow broccoli slaw
Another pound down? I'm proud of myself through making it through my first day with no starch or sugar (despite being surrounded by it). Hopefully I make it today too!
This is a bloat week for me so I won't be surprised when that scale goes back up.
