Mission baby fat loss - day 19

DAY 19
Weight this morning:

Not this week :(

1.5 frittata square (approx 1.5 eggs and 1.5 cup cooked spinach)
1 cup skim milk

1/4 cup peanuts
Diet Coke
1 large garden salad with almonds and a grilled chicken breast
Diet sunkist
1.5 cups broccoli slaw
1/2 cup baked beans
2 glasses red wine


Despite my diet deviation twice this week, I've managed to maintain the loss. Woohoo!


I feel a glass of wine in my immediate future. It's the weekend!!!

I have to say, I kept your post unread today because I have been reading each in the morning, not realizing you were updating your food log throughout the day. I thought you had survived all week on just a square of frittata and a cup of milk each day, and I was starting to fear for your health. lol
