Not this week :(
1.5 frittata square (approx 1.5 eggs and 1.5 cup cooked spinach)
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup peanuts
1 large garden salad with almonds and a grilled chicken breast
1.5 cups broccoli slaw
1/2 cup baked beans
2 glasses red wine
Despite my diet deviation twice this week, I've managed to maintain the loss. Woohoo!
I feel a glass of wine in my immediate future. It's the weekend!!!
