Mission baby fat loss - day 18

DAY 18
Weight this morning:
148.5

Exercise:
Not this week :(

Ate/drank:
1.5 frittata square (approx 1.5 eggs and 1.5 cup cooked spinach)
1 cup skim milk

1/4 cup peanuts
8 baby carrots
1 can of green beans
1/2 cup shredded italian beef
1 diet Dr. Pepper
2 cups Chinese chicken with mixed vegetables
2 glasses of wine (had to finish off the bottle haha)

Yahoos: 

I think having a sweet vice has been part of my problem with success until this week. Finding a diet soda I can stand, has fulfilled my sweet tooth. Yay for learning!

You go GIRL, you broke the 150 mark that is great news. I have gained and lost the same 5 pounds for the last two weeks, so annoying.

I used to be a Diet Dr. Pepper junkie! I gave up soft drinks over a year ago though. Nice progress!!
